Overview

The Premier-Patch can be used when very short repairs are required within a pipeline. Patches are generally installed in 1.0m to 1.5m lengths in the following way.

Fibreglass mat is cut to suit the patch dimensions as required and impregnated with a silicate resin. The saturated mat is then firmly attached to a packer and winched into place within the pipeline. After the patch has been accurately positioned over the damaged pipe, the packer is inflated until the patch material is held tightly against the pipe wall until it has cured. Once cured, the packer is deflated and withdrawn, leaving the smooth, structural patch securely in place.

Relining Units

Our Relining vehicles are purpose built and are of recent manufacture thus ensuring reliability of service to our clients. All onboard equipment is powered by vehicle mounted generators. Quality Assurance

A CCTV inspection is undertaken of every sewer both prior to and immediately after relining to assure the client that the liner has been correctly installed and is free of any defects.
