OnSite acquires 365ES
We are delighted to announce that on 6th August 2010, OnSite Central Ltd acquired 365 Environmental Services Ltd (365ES). 365ES is based near Cirencester and also has operating bases in Maidstone, Eastleigh, Oldbury and Corby.
365ES is a long established wastewater business with an excellent reputation within the industry, due in no small part to their highly skilled and motivated workforce, and their extensive range of state-of-the-art equipment. Initially, 365ES will continue to trade independently but will ultimately be re-branded and integrated into the OnSite business.
Both organisations are committed to the provision of the highest standards in service delivery in a safe and cost effective manner. This acquisition extends and further strengthens the specialist nationwide service provision to both existing and new clients.
