Operations Supervisor

Onsite Central Ltd is looking to employ an Operations Supervisor who has worked within the drainage industry either for a water utilities company or a drainage contractor company. Experience in water jetting, CCTV surveying, tankering and rehabilitation techniques would be beneficial. You must be able to demonstrate excellent man management skills and along with this manage client expectations on delivery and completion of all major projects / contracts.

The position entails the following duties / responsibilities:

Liaising with Clients.
Good knowledge of Microsoft Office, Word & Excel.
Methodical and organised in approach to completing tasks.
Carry out site surveys.
Preparation of Risk Assessments and Method Statements.
Scheduling of the works.
Commercial Awareness.
Briefing all Operatives on contract requirements.
Site Audits.
Man Management of all Operatives.
Disciplinary procedures.

This position is a full time post based from our depot in Corby and will cover the Anglain Water region. Salary package is dependent upon experience. Company vehicle, laptop and mobile phone provided.
