OnSite is part of the South Staffordshire Plc group of companies.
South Staffordshire Plc comprises South Staffs Water, a regulated water supply company, together with closely related non-regulated activities. These activities are the Water & Wastewater Services Division (of which OnSite is a significant part) and Echo. The Water & Wastewater Services division provides a number of specialist services mainly for other UK Water & Sewerage Utilities and other major infrastructure owners aimed at the repair and maintenance of their infrastructure. Echo provides customer contact, billing and debt recovery activities for UK and Ireland regulated organisations.
